This section of SweervyWine’s world is dedicated to all the foodies amongst you. While we all enjoy the occasional glass of still or sparkling wine on its own, the real pleasure is having your wine paired up with a nice meal, be it a hearty, filling, warming stew on a cold winter day, the fine creation of haute-cuisine on a special occasion or a perfectly cooked steak, juicy burger or a delicately flavoured light fish on a usual weekday. So look out for tips and tricks on food and wine matching in both subsections.Most of all though, “Everything food” is a journal of the many exiting creations by professional chefs which I am lucky to sample in restaurants worldwide. As you will notice from the less attractive-looking pictures, this section also covers some troubles and mishaps in SweervyWine’s own kitchen. (The extent of kitchen damage varies depending on complexity level.) And last but not least, there will also be the occasional restaurant review when I feel the experience was worth a post of its own.
